Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

USPS Ground Advantage: 3-5 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

All orders over $50 qualify for free shipping. Orders under $50 incur a $5.95 shipping fee.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all states, excluding Hawaii and Utah. Please note that due to federal and state regulations, we can only ship tobacco products to addresses where the recipient is 21 years of age or older. Adult signature is required upon delivery in certain states. In states where an adult signature is required, the order will incur a $8.95 signature fee.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package's progress.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to Hawaii or Utah.
